Quality Control

If you have any concerns please telephone Bluebird Florist and speak with one of our experienced staff on 02 49905641 and explain your situation. A number of resolutions may be available. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

On average your flowers should last between 3 – 7 days. Should your flowers perish within 48 hours of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Bluebird Florist will be happy to discuss an alternative.

To assist us in our quality control it is our policy to collect the original delivered item and return it to our shop for inspection.

Cancellation of Orders

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, only if notice is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Please read this agreement entirely and carefully. By accessing the site or using services or products supplied by Bluebird Florist, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Each page on this website must be read in conjunction with this disclaimer and any other disclaimer that forms part of it.

Substitution

It will be necessary from time to time to make floral, packaging and merchandise substitutions in order to deliver orders on time or where flowers or products are temporarily unavailable.

Where substitution does occur, products of equal or greater value will be used.

General

All care is taken to ensure that the Bluebird Florist website and data transmissions are free from viruses. However, it is your responsibility to scan any such data for viruses.

Bluebird Florist reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.

Terms and Conditions published on this website will always be the latest and will override any prior Terms and Conditions provided in any other form.

Bluebird Florist will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Wedding / Functions

Booking deposits are not refundable. We require a 20% deposit from your total wedding flower package price to confirm us as your floral designers for your chosen date, the deposit is required within 7 days of receiving your quote, should your deposit not be received we will reserve the right to make ourselves available to other party’s wanting to confirm us for your chosen date.

Security

Bluebird Florist accepts Credit card, in store payment or Bank transfer.

Credit card details are destroyed immediately after payment has been taken.

A client’s credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant’s bank.
